1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you, the individual user ("Member", "You", "Player"), and asik33 ("the Platform", "We", "Us", "Our"), governing your access to and use of the asik33 website and all associated services, features, content, and games available at asik33.asia.

By creating an account, logging in, making a deposit, participating in any game, or otherwise using any part of the asik33 service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms, including any future amendments published on this page. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the asik33 platform.

These Terms should be read together with the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and asik33.

Access to and use of the asik33 Platform is strictly conditional upon meeting all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be a natural person aged 21 years or older. asik33 does not permit participation by individuals under the age of 21 under any circumstances.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction and country of residence.
• You must not be a resident of, or attempting to access the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by asik33 or any other recognised gambling harm reduction body.
• You must not be acting as an agent, representative, or nominee for any third party. Account holders must play for their own personal entertainment exclusively.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, or close family member of an employee of asik33 or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment partners.

4. Account Registration

Each eligible person may hold only one (1) registered account with asik33. The existence of duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts by the same individual — whether identified by shared identity documents, payment methods, device fingerprint, IP address, or other means — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts pending investigation.

During registration, you are required to provide complete, accurate, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact number. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes grounds for immediate account closure.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Any actions taken through your account are your responsibility. You must notify asik33 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. asik33 will not be liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain account security.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Permitted Payment Methods. asik33 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following principal methods, subject to availability and applicable limits: DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, USDT (TRC20), and Bitcoin (BTC). Payment method availability may vary by member account status and verification level.

5.2 Deposit Requirements. All deposits must originate from a payment account, bank account, or wallet registered in the Member's own legal name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. The minimum single deposit amount is RM 50 unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method or promotion. Maximum single deposit limits are published on the deposit page and may be subject to account-level restrictions.

5.3 Withdrawal Requirements. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible. Members must complete full KYC verification before any withdrawal request will be approved. Pending wagering requirements on any active bonus balance must be satisfied or the bonus balance forfeited before a withdrawal can be processed.

5.4 Processing Times. E-wallet and DuitNow withdrawals are typically processed within 5–30 minutes of approval during business hours. Bank transfer (FPX) withdrawals are typically processed within 1–3 business hours. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to network confirmation times, typically 15–60 minutes. These timeframes are estimates and not guarantees.

5.5 Currency. All transactions for Malaysian members are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM) unless a cryptocurrency method is selected, in which case the equivalent value is converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of processing.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Rules. All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, VIP tier rewards, reload bonuses, referral credits, and any other promotional incentives offered by asik33 are subject to specific promotion terms published at the time of the offer. These Terms govern all bonuses unless the specific promotion terms expressly state otherwise.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement" or "rollover") before any winnings generated from bonus funds may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier is stated in the promotion terms (e.g., ×10 means you must wager the bonus amount ten times). Bets placed above the maximum permitted bet during a bonus-active period may result in bonus forfeiture.

6.3 Game Contribution. Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each bet. Table games including baccarat, blackjack, and roulette typically contribute 10%–20%. Live dealer fishing games and arcade titles may contribute at reduced rates. The exact contribution rates are stated in each promotion's terms.

6.4 Bonus Expiry. Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds and associated wagering requirements expire within 7 days of the bonus being credited. Expired bonus balances and any winnings derived from them are forfeited automatically.

6.5 Maximum Bet During Bonus. While a bonus balance is active, the maximum permitted bet per round or per spin is MYR 250 unless the specific promotion states a higher limit. Placing bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active is considered a violation of these Terms.

6.6 Abuse Prevention. asik33 reserves the right to refuse, void, withhold, or reclaim any bonus where there is evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, arbitrage wagering, or any other conduct designed to circumvent the spirit of the promotion terms. Decisions made by asik33 in this regard are final.

7. Gaming Rules & Fair Use

7.1 Game Rules. Each individual game available on the asik33 platform is governed by its own set of rules as presented within the game interface. By participating in any game, you confirm that you understand and accept the applicable game rules. In cases of discrepancy between a game display and the underlying system data, the system data shall prevail.

7.2 Prohibited Conduct. The following actions are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential legal action:

• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or glitches to generate an undue advantage
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or interact with the platform
• Colluding with other players to influence game outcomes, particularly in poker or multiplayer games
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once ("multi-accounting")
• Engaging in matched betting or arbitrage betting strategies using asik33 bonus funds
• Chargebacks or fraudulent disputes against confirmed deposits

7.3 Cancelled or Void Bets. asik33 reserves the right to void bets placed on clearly erroneous odds, prices, or game configurations. Where a voided bet was placed using real money, the stake will be returned. Where placed using bonus funds, the equivalent bonus value will be reinstated subject to remaining wagering requirements.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 By asik33. asik33 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account at its discretion, particularly where:

• A Member has breached any provision of these Terms
• False or misleading information was provided during registration or KYC
• Prohibited conduct described in Clause 7.2 is identified
• Suspicious transaction patterns consistent with money laundering, fraud, or underage gambling are detected
• A valid self-exclusion request has been submitted by the Member or a recognised third party

8.2 By the Member. Members may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting asik33 support. Upon closure, any verified real-money balance remaining after the satisfaction of applicable wagering requirements will be refunded to the Member's registered payment method, subject to identity verification requirements being met.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, asik33 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, gaming losses, data loss, or service interruptions caused by technical failures beyond our reasonable control.

asik33 does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled and emergency maintenance windows may result in temporary unavailability of services. Members should not place time-sensitive bets if they are aware of scheduled maintenance periods.

Nothing in these Terms limits asik33's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other matter that cannot be excluded under applicable Malaysian or international law.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the asik33 platform — including but not limited to software, game engines, graphics, logos, text, design elements, trademarks, and service marks — is the exclusive property of asik33 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. No content may be reproduced, distributed, published, scraped, reverse-engineered, or commercially exploited without prior written authorisation from asik33.

11. Privacy & Data

The collection, storage, processing, and use of personal data submitted by Members is governed by the asik33 Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and agree to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

asik33 collects personal information including identity documents, payment method details, device identifiers, and gameplay data for the purposes of account management, regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, and service improvement. Data is not sold to unaffiliated third parties for independent marketing purposes.

12. Responsible Gambling

asik33 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices among all Members. Online gaming is intended as a form of paid entertainment for adults. It is not a reliable or guaranteed source of income, and the possibility of financial loss exists in every game and bet.

Members are encouraged to set personal deposit limits, session time limits, and cooling-off periods through their account settings. asik33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. It is the Member's responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Your continued access to or use of the asik33 platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure as described in Clause 8.2.

14. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to asik33's licensing jurisdiction. For Members accessing the Platform from Malaysia, all financial transactions are denominated in MYR and processed through Malaysian payment infrastructure including FPX, DuitNow, and licensed domestic bank channels.

In the event of any dispute between a Member and asik33, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through asik33's formal complaints process via the support contact below. If a satisfactory resolution is not reached within 30 days, the dispute may be referred to the appropriate dispute resolution authority in accordance with the platform's licensing obligations.
